  • Where are you located?

    We are based in Spring Ridge on the Liverpool Plains. An hour from Tamworth we are the perfect spot to stop if you are heading to Mudgee or Dubbo for the weekend. 

  • Do you take coffee orders ahead of time?

    At this time, we don't do online coffee or food orders, but you’re welcome to call ahead and order 02 6747 3833.

  • You don't have my preferred colour or size in stock, can you order it?

    We regularly do Pilbara orders, please contact us and we will happily place an order for you. We are also able to do bulk orders for workplaces and matching family wear. 


  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order is processed, we may not be able to modify it.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer flat rate of $10 postage and Free shipping for orders over $100. If you live in the area we can send your order on the mail run for free (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). You can also choose to pickup your order in store during business hours.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We aim to have your order processed and ready to send within 1 business day. As we are an Australia Post Outlet we can have it picked, packed and on the way to the next facility without leaving the shop. Once it does leave our shop it is in the hands of our friends at Auspost and their standard shipping times apply. 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes, we provide complimentary gift wrapping. Just select the option at checkout or mention it in-store. Browse our range of cards to add to your order and leave a note at checkout with your message.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days for unused items in original condition. Pharmacy medication can not be returned for change of mind.

  • What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

    Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll sort it out for you.
