Shipping and Returns

Postage

$10.00 Flat Rate Shipping within Australia.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your parcel to arrive.

*Excludes Heavy and Large Items

Other Shipping Charges

Parcels will be sent by Australia Post. We do not take responsibility for any parcels once Australia Post has received your packed parcel from us.

Standard shipping will be posted within 2 business days from the order date.

Express Post

$15.00 Express Shipping within Australia

Please allow up to 3 business days for your parcel to arrive.

*Excludes Heavy and Large Items and Large orders

Heavy and Large Items have additional shipping charges. These additional shipping charges will be presented at the online checkout. 

Postage Terms

Items are posted Monday - Friday (excludes public holidays)

We can take up to 2 business days to process your order.

International Orders

At this stage we are only able to offer shipping Australia wide.

Click & Collect - Store Pick Up/Collection - will be available soon at HARVEST Spring Ridge

An email will be sent to you once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. 

Please ensure you check the store opening times before coming to collect your items. ID must be presented at pick up. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please provide their name in the 'Notes' section during the order process.

Failure to collect after 8 weeks without notification will result in your order being cancelled and your purchased items returned to floor stock. No credit or exchange will be available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges

If you simply change your mind on your purchase within 14 days of purchase, we will happily exchange your item with another product of equal or greater value. However, the following conditions apply:

-   Receipt must be provided for an exchange  

-   You will be required to pay for return postage and redelivery if a new item is required to be delivered to you.

No exchanges can be made on:

  • Fresh produce

  • Earrings

  • Face Masks 

  • Food products

  • Gift cards

  • Body products 

  • Fragrances

  • Used products

  • Products without existing tags and packaging in place

  • Sale items

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless an item is proven to be faulty or the product is not true to its description. 

Some of our products are handmade and each product often varies from one another.

If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us and send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to ____ for our assessment. 

If your product is proven to be faulty (we really hope this is never the case!), we will have you return the item with your proof of purchase. I

After you have returned the item with your proof of purchase, you have the choice of receiving a refund or exchanging the item to its equivalent value. 

HARVEST will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy

HARVEST Spring Ridge reserves the right to modify this policy at any given time. Any changes to our policy will be posted to this page only. We recommended that you check this page before each purchase you make.

Pricing

HARVEST Spring Ridge prices are all in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices on our website are subject to change without further notice.

HARVEST Spring Ridge will display items in the clearest possible way and provide as much description to ensure that you have detailed information about the item you are purchasing. 

Please keep in mind, however, that you are viewing the item on a device (i.e. computer or phone) and the appearance of some items may vary slightly or significantly. 

HARVEST Spring Ridge cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website.
